The Louvre is all yours!
DS Automobiles has selected with the Amis du Louvre a unique card for the exclusive use of DS 7 CROSSBACK LOUVRE customers providing them with skip-the-line and unlimited access to the museum and many other benefits.
To obtain your personal card offered by DS Automobiles, all you have to do is complete the form which will be communicated to you by the DS brand. You will receive your new membership card within two weeks.
Free and unlimited entry for one year to the Louvre and Eugène-Delacroix museums’ permanent collections and temporary exhibitions.
Free yearly entry for you and one guest (per cardholder) every Saturdays for the entire museum from 9 am to 6 pm, all day for the first two weeks of the temporary exhibitions in the Hall Napoléon.
Preferential access without reservation to the Museum via the Richelieu passage (Rue de Rivoli).
Home delivery of quarterly magazine Grande Galerie, the Agenda du Louvre and the Bulletin of the Amis du Louvre association.

Louvre-Lens: all-year free admission to the “Galerie du Temps” (permanent collections) and to the exhibitions for the first two weeks from the day of opening (after which, the full rate applies with a free ticket for your guest).
FAI-National Trust Italy: Reduced admission fee to FAI’s historic residences in Italy.
V&A London: Reduced admission fee to the Victor and Albert Museum exhibitions.

ADMISSION TERMS
The Amis du Louvre card is reserved strictly for the cardholder’s personal use and cannot be loaned or exchanged. Free access to the museum is granted only to holders of valid cards. The Louvre Museum reserves the right to require the presentation of an extra identity document for admission control.
DATE OF VALIDITY
The Amis du Louvre card is valid one year, date-to-date, from its issuance. In the event of early renewal, the card will be renewed for one year from the expiry date of the old card.
DELIVERY TIME
The Amis du Louvre card is issued and sent by postal mail to the member’s home address within two weeks from the day the holder’s personal data is provided on the DS page of the amisdulouvre.fr website. Under no conditions can it be retrieved on-site.
BENEFITS
The Amis du Louvre membership card grants the cardholder unlimited and preferential access to the entire museum (permanent collections and temporary exhibitions) for one year from the date of its reception. It also provides free and preferential admission for the guest accompanying the cardholder to the entire museum during the evening visits on Wednesday and Friday (from 6 pm to 10 pm) and to the temporary exhibitions in the Hall Napoléon for the first weeks following their opening to the general public.
DUPLICATA
A duplicate card may be issued and delivered (one per year) at a cost of €5.
In the event of theft, a duplicate card will be delivered to you free-of-charge upon submission of your previously registered police station statement.
If you want to obtain a duplicate of your Amis du Louvre card, please send us the following:
A sworn statement on plain paper (in case of lost card) or a photocopy of your statement delivered by the police (in case of theft;
A stamped envelope with your name and address;
A check for €5 made out to the “Société des Amis du Louvre” (solely in the case of loss).
POSTAL DELIVERY PROBLEM
In the event you do not receive your Amis du Louvre membership card, a duplicate card will be issued up to a month following the payment date.
PERSONAL DATA
1. The personal data request is necessary to allow the creation and management of your membership account, including renewal to the Amis du Louvre association. It is intended for the Amis du Louvre association, which is tasked with its processing, based on the implementation of the terms of use and delivery of the Amis du Louvre card.
2. This information may be communicated, for the same purposes, to persons authorised to have access to said data within the Amis du Louvre association, to its service providers and subcontractors, as well as the Louvre Museum.
3. It is safeguarded for the entire length of time required to manage your membership, of which the applicable legal time limit may be increased, as appropriate.
4. The data we request, marked with an asterisk, is necessary for the management of your membership and the provision of the relevant services. If you do not provide us with said information, we will be unable to process your application.
5. Pursuant to the regulations in force, you have the right to access, modify, remove, oppose, transfer or limit the processing of information concerning you, which you may exercise by emailing donnees-personnelles@amis-louvre.fr or by writing to Société Les Amis du Louvre 75058 Paris cedex 01, providing your contact details and proof of your identity.
6. You also have the right to define the general and specific guidelines as to how you want the aforementioned rights to be exercised in the event of death.
7. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority in charge of the respect of obligations for the protection of personal data.
